Payment in Full

• A bookkeeping courtesy of 4% is given for payment in full by cash, check or credit card.  This applies to appointments over $1,000, if the appointment is paid at least three days before the start of treatment.
• A bookkeeping courtesy of 10% is given for payment in full by cash, check or credit card.  This applies to treatment plans over $1,000, if the entire treatment plan is paid at least three days before the start of any treatment. 

Note To Patients With Insurance

We are happy to process any insurance claim, as a service to you at no charge, for your direct reimbursement.  We are proud that our fees reflect the time that the doctor spends with each patient as well as the overall quality of care and service that we provide in our practice.  Our fees are not based on any insurance schedules, and may be above some insurance allowances.  If you would like, we are willing to submit a pre-treatment estimate before we schedule your treatment.
