 Dr. Alan Limbird has 29 years of experience in dentistry. He graduated from The University of California, San Francisco Dental School and The Loma Linda University Postgraduate Dental Program. Dr. Limbird also received a B.S. degree in Marine Biology from USC. Dr. Limbird continues to further his education by taking many courses; consequently, he is extremely skilled in the most cutting edge technologies of dentistry. Dr. Limbird has received numerous honors for his dedication to the excellence in the art and science of cosmetic dentistry.
Limbird Dentistry offers conscious sedation dentistry, which places you in a cozy state of relaxation. After your visit you will have little or no memory of your visit. Dr. Limbird has been awarded a fellowship from The Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation Education for his outstanding ability to treat patients using the conscious sedation techniques. He has been awarded a certificate in Advanced Cardiac Life Support Training in 2005 and 2008, Anterior Aesthetic Program Award by PAC Live in 1999, Functional Advanced Anterior Aesthetic Program Award from PAC Live in 1999, Ultimate Synergy, Posterior Aesthetics and Ultimate Occlusion courses completed with PAC Live in 2000, 2001 and 2002, Laser Dentistry Award by The Institute For Advanced Laser Dentistry in 1999, and Waterlase YSGG Advanced Laser Courses by the World Clinical Laser Institute in 2003. He consistantly takes courses. His awards and certificates are too numerous to list.
A Ukiah resident for over 26 years, Dr. Limbird enjoys raising his children in our community. He has five remarkable children, whom he adores. Dr. Limbird’s love for children is not only demonstrated by the way he cares for his children, it is shown in the way he treats his youngest patients.

Mary has worked at Limbird Dentistry for 14 years of her 32 years of working as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Mary graduated from the University of Michigan with an A.S. degree in Dental Hygiene in 1978 and a B.S. in Dental Hygiene in 1980. Receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene is a rare commodity; although, it is just the tip of the iceberg of amazing accomplishments for Mary. She can be found on a weekend climbing mountain peaks, such as her favorite Mt. Shasta, with her two rescued dogs. Mary's humble and agreeable attitude make her a great person to be around everyday. Her positive attitude is contagious. Mary works with us four days a month.
Jodi is one of our three Registered Dental Hygienists. Jodi works 3 1/2 days a week at Limbird Dentistry. Jodi maintains a current Registered Dental Hygiene License, X-ray License, CPR/AED certificate, laser certificate, soft tissue curretage certificate, local anethesia administration certificate and a RDA license. Jodi has worked at Limbird Dentistry since receiving her hygiene license in 2006.
Jodi has earned two associate of science degrees from Mendocino College in 1994 and 1999 in Liberal Arts and Health Sciences respectively. She also received an A.S. degree in Dental Hygiene from Santa Rosa Junior College in 2006. Jodi has belonged to the California Dental Association since 2006. Jodi's cooperative presence is enjoyed in the office by the team, due to the fact that Jodi will always help any other employees. Although Jodi has the credentials to allow her to do one important job, she'll pick up the small jobs when needed. Jodi is the mother of three children and seems to find time to get "everything" accomplished.
Ann has 13 years experience as Registered Dental Hygienist and has worked for Limbird Dentistry since 2006 as one of three hygienists on our team. Ann maintains a current x-ray license, AED/CPR certificate, Registered Dental Hygienist license and laser certificate. Ann works one and one half day a week at Limbird Dentistry. You will find her puns humerous, as Ann seems to find a lighthearted way to discuss almost all dental needs. Patients find Ann's dental recommendations in good spirits, never badgering.
 Carol is our back office manager and one of our two Registered Dental Assistants. Carol maintains a current X-ray License, CPR/AED certificate, unltrasonic scaling license, coronal polish and a RDA license. Carol has completed courses with the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, which comprehensively trained her in assisting Dr. Limbird with the care of sedation patients. Carol has 16 years experience working in dentistry and has worked at Limbird Dentistry since 2002. Carol is the proud mother of three, grandmother of three and guardian of four dogs.
 Jennifer is one of our two Dental Assistants. Jennifer maintains a current X-ray License and CPR/AED certificate. Jennifer has one year experience working in dentistry at Limbird Dentistry. Jennifer is an artist in her spare time; making such things as beautiful jewelry, wood crafts and hand-sewn acessories. Jennifer is a very proud aunty to Little Kaylie. Jennifer's eagerness and positive attitude make her a friend to everyone she meets. You will find everyone loves Jennifer.
 Wilda "Willy" has worked at Limbird Dentistry since 2005 and has 19 years experience working in dentistry. Although Wilda is our appointment coordinator; she maintains a current X-ray license, maintains a current AED/CPR certificate and has completed oral sedation courses with Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. Wilda is the proud grandmother of five grandchildren; therefore, when she is not working at our office, you will find here volunteering at Nana and Papa's Daycare. Charity has worked at the front desk of Limbird Dentistry for 10 years. Charity considers herself very fortunate, since this position is Charity's first full time job and it is a perfect fit. She loves her work and loves conversing with all of the patients, sometimes a little too much. When Charity is not at the office, she is the devoted wife of Andrew and mother of Madeline, which she considers her most important position in life.
